3rd Amendment April 24, 2006

     Removes an area called Coast Cottage Annex from the Declaration, located between Wood
Avenue and Ocean Boulevard (see Third Supplemental Declaration March 31, 2005)

     Allows for e-mail to be a valid method of sending notices and giving responses and voting.
